Prof. Dr. Abdul Rachmad Budiono, S.H., M.H

Prof. Dr. Abdul Rachmad Budiono, S.H., M.H adalah seorang Guru Besar pada Fakultas Hukum Universitas Brawijaya sejak Tahun 2017. Beliau menempuh Pendidikan S1 ilmu hukum pada Fakultas Hukum Universitas Brawijaya Tahun 1984, Kemudian melanjutkan Studi S2 nya di Universitas Indonesia pada Tahun 1991. Dan Tahun 2007 menyelesaikan Pendidikan Doktoral Ilmu Hukumnya di Universitas Airlangga. Saat ini Beliau bekerja sebagai Dosen tetap pada Program Studi Doktor Ilmu Hukum Fakultas Hukum Universitas Brawijaya, kurang lebih 30 Tahun beliau telah berkecimpung dalam dunia Pendidikan baik informal maupun formal, Pendidikan informal yang telah ditempuh beliau merupakan ilmu hukum perdata di Negara Amerika, Selandia Baru, Italia dan beberapa Negara lainya. Kemudian beliau telah menulis dan membuat berbagai jurnal yang telah dipublikasikan baik nasional maupun internasional, Kini beliau sering ditunjuk sebagai saksi ahli dalam berbagai kasus dan juga aktif memberikan pendapat-pendapat hukum di Djakarta & Co.

Prof. Dr. Abdul Rachmad Budiono, S.H., M.H. is a Professor at the Faculty of Law, Brawijaya University since 2017. He obtained his Bachelor of Law degree from the Faculty of Law, Brawijaya University in 1984, and later pursued his Master’s degree at the University of Indonesia in 1991. In 2007, he completed his Doctoral degree in Law at Airlangga University. Currently, he serves as a permanent lecturer in the Doctoral Program of Law at the Faculty of Law, Brawijaya University. With approximately 30 years of experience in both formal and informal education, he has also undertaken informal studies in civil law in countries such as the United States, New Zealand, Italy, and several others. He has authored and published numerous academic journals at both national and international levels. At present, he is frequently appointed as an expert witness in various cases and is actively engaged in providing legal opinions at Djakarta & Co.
